Job Description :

- Responsible for the Bar area and several aspects, including caring for food safety, complying with predetermined SOPs, maintaining the quality of beverage raw materials, carrying out the beverage production process properly, producing drinks properly, maintaining the feasibility of beverage presentation and serving quickly. In addition to this, carry out Service Excellence according to Company Standards

- Ensure the results of making drinks according to the recipe that has been determined

- Making quality drinks according to customer orders

- Choose quality and safe raw materials for consumption before being made

- Store raw materials at a safe temperature in a designated place, pay attention to the storage of beverage materials

- Serving drinks that are not contaminated with other materials (other food, ant pests, etc.)

Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 33 Years Old

- Minimum Education Senior High School / Vocational High School (Speciality Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Barista/Barman for 1 years

- Good at beverage techniques

- Able to process beverage, proper portion and garnish checking beverage before serving

- Good appearance

- Good in communication
