Job Description :

- Responsible for several aspects, including caring for food safety, complying with predetermined SOPs, controlling the quality of raw materials, maintaining the production process properly, checking processed menu results, checking portion eligibility and controlling the use of garnishes, as well as ensuring timely presentation, and keep the kitchen area clean

- Ensuring that the menu is processed according to the recipe that has been determined

- Doing/cooking/producing preparations in the oulet according to customer orders

- Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen area, and do general cleaning

- Choose quality and safe raw materials for consumption before cooking

- Store raw materials at a safe temperature in a designated place, pay attention to storing raw and cooked food separately

- Cook raw materials according to standard food safety procedures

Job Aplication Criteria :

- Maximum age 33 Years Old

- Minimum Education Senior High School / Vocational High School (Speciality Tourism, Hospitality, Catering, Preferred department)

- Work experience as Cook for 1 years

- Good at cooking techniques in the kitchen restaurant

- Able to process food, proper portion and garnish checking food before serving

- Good appearance

- Good in communication
